I wrapped the tube crossmember in rubber mat (shade tree sound isolation/dampening) and used two big hose clamps to hold the pump on the frame. The Master LR used is the upgrade over the E8000. I have one for the next incarnation since I'm upping the fuel flow, but the E8000 worked fine for the std. starion setup, with a comfortable cushion.
