Yeah, you can go to Napa and get a couple different sizes.

Just make sure you don't go too big or you'll cut up the O-ring as you screw it in.

Select a size that fits nice and snug when you screw it in, then use some silicone grease on the O-ring before screwing it in.

I use the silicone grease because it doesn't attack the rubber material and the silicone grease doesn't melt like some lithium soap based greases.
