same thing was happining to a guy up here , and we found that there was an old oring that was "glued" to the oil filter mounting surface . when he put on a new filter , it was on top of the "glued" gasket .... oil would blow out ... he did this twice ...

you might just check your oil filter mount surface for damage .
right now nothing is stupid and everything that is said will be done and tried I am out of options short of taking the engine back out put bullet into the block and start with another one that is where I am at right now. I have been fighting to get this started for over a month and no luck as of yet. but to much oil pressure is a problem as of now so anything said will be taking seriously into consideration and tried.
