This is unrelated to your question, but i just thought of it.
When you lift the suspension that 3" (which i assume you are, correct?) you may have some driveline vibration from the angle of the rear driveshaft. You might want to go ahead and go to a solid onepiece driveshaft right now, instead of down the road. to do this, you will need to cut the center crossmember to let the driveshaft droop down. My thoughts are that you might want to do that now while you still got the body off, and nothing else in your way.
