That must mean that Bush and his cronies hade us here in Phoenix too, today marks 120 days with not as much as one single sprinkle of rain.....or maybe we're just victims of Bush trying to destroy all those people in New Orleans and the NE, maybe you can't make new rain, you just steal it from other people......
