Getting the Wheeling Fever

Does anyone run MSD ignition system in their truck? I know you can tell a difference in some vehicles, I'm wondering if it will change my 3.0.

88 V6 4Runner, 2" 4Crawler body lift, 2" suspension, 32x11.50 Pro Comps
