I plan on using the Jacobs unit on my project engine. That is after exhaust, custom head work, custom intake plenum and with an aftermarket ecu or piggyback. I think you could spend the money better elsewhere on the 3.0 but I have heard a few people who were happy with it enen in a relatively stock application.

Thanks for the input. I guess MSD is a no go. I'm still thinking headers and fab'd intake though.

awe yeah go headers before that MSD, mine made my truck quit running too, and when it did run, it made alot of radio noise thru speakers..guess it didnt like my 22re much.
