Good choice, that was my first set of tires. They will last you long time. Also another good A/T tire that I haven't seen mentioned here yet are the Yokohama Geolander A/T as well. I had the Yokohama's for quite sometime, and was very surprised at the traction they gave me. I also had a set of the Yokohama Geolander M/T + as well. The only thing that sucks with them, is that they are unidirectional, which means you have to buy 2 for the right side and 2 for the left side, and you can't rotate them.

Body Damage is Cool
I just ordered the Super Swamper Trxus Radial MT's from Matt. I still say the Revos are a great tire. I just wanted to move up to the next level and have tires that looked as aggressive as the rest of my truck. I'm sure they will make me more capable on the trail, also.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Pete,
I am also considering the Trxus M/T tires in 265/75x16. I'd certainly appreciate a follow up, after you rack up a few miles, with your impressions of this tire. Thx.

Two words:

Workhorse Extra Grip.

Great tire. Hard compound. Releases mud well. Lots of mileage. Very agressive

Poppax, you work for a gas company in Bluefield?

Hey Leland,

Shoot me a pm in a few weeks if I forget to give you an evaluation. I will be wheeling the new Trxus tires pretty hard in Uwharrie April 7-10.

Nice choice, Pete. I think the Trxus should meet your requirements quite nicely. Might wanna be ready though, they will probably be a little bigger than your all terrains, you might need to make some extra room

Mounted my Trxus (265/75/16) measured just over 32"
I have over 17k on the tires (99.9% highway)and still have about 50-60% tread left. Only used them in moab though, you could use slicks in moab and they would still work great . you will enjoy them
