I go woth Mobil 1 15,000 mile oil. I have 170,000 or so miles on my truck. I change the oil every 15,000 miles. On a long trip (1,000 miles), it will use about 1 quart of oill since synthetic is thinner and escapes a little, but I have not openend my engine ever. It runs well and I just got tired of changing oils. I use the same oil in all my trucks.

1985 Toyota 4x4 4Runner. 1989 Suzuki Sidekick 4x4.
