Pull the slave cylinder and pop the piston out. It's likely got some corrosion. I've been through 3 of them, and now bleed the system far more often. Any visible corrosion is enough to create a leak. You will need to replace the entire slave cylinder assembly, but that is easily within the ability of the do it yourselfer..
