I just Deep Creeped my 95 last week. It has ~130k and blew out a bunch of smoke afterwards. Then, I really felt that it immediatley ran with a bit mre response. Note that I am definitely going through oil, and am not losing it on the ground. (Valve seals...???) And when I did the t-belt, the intake was fairly slimy with oil-goo that I cleaned out.

So I then used the Deep Creep on the wife's 98. (~65k and no signs of any oil issues.) It only blew a little smoke out, and I can't say that I felt the same about improved respinse either.

Bottom line, I think that the higher miles 95 needed it, and benefited from it.

Also, the 95 had developed a bad lifter tick. I put a can of regular Seam Foam into the crank and after a 200 mile x2 trip, the tick seems to be gone.

So far I am a happy camper... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
