I put a can of regular Seam Foam into the crank and after a 200 mile x2 trip, the tick seems to be gone.

Did you leave the Seafoam in the oil as you drove the entire 400 mile trip? I'm just wondering since the instructions on the can didn't really say anything about weather to leave it in or not- or how long it can be left in. I basically thought it was to be used as a pre oil change "flush". I asked this question before since i have a vehicle with lifter tick and am to lazy to remove the lifters and clean em out in diesel fuel. The responses at the time wasn't too definite.
