Head Gaskets HAVE NOT been done yet, but will be the first thing I get done. He wants somewhere around 3500 for it. Ive got the VIN, but need to get Carfax again.

"If it aint broken don't fix it"... my truck has oer 200k, my cousins 300k (km) on the stock head gaskets... the 88-91 had the asbestos gaskets which last.. the newer ones do not... i wouldnt mess with it..

Wow! I didn't realize how good I had it out west. My '86 doesn't have near that much rust! $3700 does seem a little high to me.
