Yep RTV is the way to go. I like the grey permatex for that. Toyota makes the black FIPG, but don't use that if you ever plan on taking that thing off again. I hate scraping gasket <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />

i unbolted the motor mounts, jacked the engine up 3 inches unbolted the pan and a gear wrench on the oil sump bolts (4)
then pulled it out the front of the truck...
