I think Napa OEM replacement pads are good. I have them on the front and rear of our 1990 Supra and no problems. Only 3 ways to make a brake pad... riveted or glued. Semi metalic, organic or full metalic (race pad). then you got shims or no shims. I don't see the point in blowing a lot of money on OEM pads. I have Autozone shoes on the back of my truck for the past 3yrs, no issues, still lots left and no noise. the front I have napa's that came with my D44 reman loaded calipers. no noise, lots left.
