The two most important things would be the steering and the tranny mount. The steering can be fixed up in most cases by getting the tires balanced and an alignment done. If it still shakes, then you may need to rebuild the knuckles. The tranny mount is going to be easy - replace the mount because it sounds like it is torn apart.
