E-locker gears are the same as the 4cyl/V6 gears. The 3rd member bolt pattern is the same too, except for the few bolts you have to modify where the actuator is (see the 4x4wire e-locker install article).

The T100/Tundra gears are similar in size, but very different in every other way and there would be no way to swap one from to the other.
The 3rd member bolt pattern is different too, which is the main reason you can't swap in an E-locker 3rd. It uses larger studs and the diameter of the circle is slightly larger too, so no bolt holes would line up. You'd have to start completely from scratch.
If you really wanted an E-locker, your best option would be to buy a Diamond Axle housing set up for an E-locker 3rd with T100/Tundra axle width. They do the "starting from scratch" part for you.
