I have those same wheels on the same vehicle you're asking about. They stick out about 1.25" more on each side versus the OEM snowflakes. IMHO, its just right... gives a little extra stance for stability but not ridiculous to where 1/2 the tread is outside of the fenders. Here are some pics:

BTW, as a word of advice, the center caps on these wheels rust like no other. I have had mine for just over a year and two of the center caps were about 50% rust (the weather around here probably has a lot to do with that). This Saturday, I pulled all 4 wheels, cleaned the center caps up as much as I could and hit them with a few heavy coats of clear wheel paint. I'd recommend doing that before you install them.
