Same here. Rob has the basics listed... another thing is transfering the e-brake cable bracket over. I have been running these for a couple of years now and IMHO they are a great product. Provide some lift but still flex like mad since they are 3 thinner leaves instead of 1 thick leaf like the standard add-a-leaf. Here are a couple of pics:
