I've done a search in the archives and couldn't turn up anything on this.

Generation 2 Trooper, the passenger side shoulder belts, front and rear, have taken to tighening up while driving down the road. Passengers can't lean forward at all. One person, rather on the overweight side, claims the belt gets tighter with each breath expelled, preventing future intake of breath.

I'm starting to get some pretty bad remarks from passengers!

Any clues as what to do?
