No problem with speedy sleeve or front seal as it turns out. Slogging oil is coming from seam between oil pump and timing cover. I checked search function and didn't see post regarding simular problem. I just changed speedy sleeve and front seal only to find actual cause after buttoning back up.

Leak has occured 30k following rebuild, bolts are torqued OK, reused timing cover (no chain failure involved) and I doubt very seriously I forgot gasket although I can't see it in the seam. I also did not use any type of gasket sealer on this part.

Thoughts, please.
