Mine looked like that too. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> Napa sells a beefier bearing. I ordered it last time because the dealer didn't know when mine would come it. Sorry I can't remember the brand but it is the only one they sold. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

While in four wheel going foward it was slightly grinding from time to time but I only wheeled it that way one day for a short time. It would stop soon as I went in reverse.
Oh another thing to not I purchased a new set of Superwinch hubs. They are slightly different then the old ones. They use a Oring for the inner seal.
