i highly doubt youll find any company that has 100% guarentee on their receivers or hitches regarding failure... using state minimal required liability ins would cover any loss/damage you cause by a receiver or hitch failure. and besides thats why you want a proper area to hook the assist chians up to. here at work, weve fabed up class III receivers (under bumper frame mount) and hitches for pulling the likes of a best western on wheels... years gone by, still not one sniff of a problem. its all in the material you use and having a great welder to drop the beads. imho, theyre far superior then what you can buy without draining your bank accound.
