We've had about 3 feet of snow over the last day and a half in Lakeside.

[Linked Image]

Somewhere in this snow pile is my wife's Suzuki Aerio. It's all wheel drive, so I should be able to drive it outa there.

I put the chains on my truck and busted through the roads in my neighborhood. I had to pull a 1 ton Dodge out of the way first. I made it around the corner and 2 Fords were in the road, one stuck, the other trying to unstuck him. My T got the Ford out too. Just waiting for the guy next door to ask for help with his really loud Chevy (anyone remember him?), that will complete the Big Three.
This is the first real precip we've had since September, we needed it bad...

the snow was VERY cool (hehehehe). i went for a dirt bike ride in NORTH SCOTTSDALE (pima & dynamite) and there was about 4-5" of snow on the side of the trail!!! for those of you not familiar with az, this is NOT in the mountains, it is about 25 miles north of tempe. it was great, reminded me of being a kid and riding my RM80 in the middle of winter in NY.

I considered taking my mountain bike up to P&D this morning but opted for T-100 instead. Sounds like I should have, I didn't realize the snow was that far down the mountains.

We've had low and heavy snow here in Cali too. It even snowed at sea level for a while while I was back up at school last week. I'm home for spring break now and this is the most snow we've had in about 10 years... 4-6" of powder, and this is at 2000 feet! Always brings the little boy out in me.

Aerios have AWD? Interesting...

This is great- listening to y'all talking about snow. Kinda like when Atlanta got 3/4 inch a few years back, and the whole city went into emergency mode.

He bought a newer Chevy, so he doesn't fire it up as often (15 minute audio reminder). <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />
