Just to update on the Weber problems. I adjusted the fuel mixture and idle. I also added a throttle return spring which helped the sticky throttle. This also allowed me to dial in the idle. It still diesels once in a while but is MUCH better. I can get 17MPG on the Highway if I don't have a stiff headwind. That isn't factoring the tire size. Also, still working on the roof rack which is noisy and probably hurting the gas mileage a little.
