Before you tear into that switch it would probably be much easier to use the stock fog light wiring and relay as chances are that your Rodeo is already wired for fog lights. All it needs is the relay, switch (which you already have) and some lights. Not sure about 2nd Gen, but the wires should be taped up between the headlights and fender, You should be able to either buy the Isuzu foglight pigtails and splice your aftermarket fog lights into them or cut off the connector and hook up there.
