You'll be just fine. Especially with a stock open diff.

It just means that the side with the 235 is going to be rotating at a slower rpm than the side with the 225 at a given mph. Your differential will just be doing what it does normally when you make a turn-- differentiating between the mismatch in tire rpm. Also, a well worn 235/75R15 is not going to be too far off from a new 225/75R15.
