edit: these pics are all really small b/c photobucket compresses them when you upload them. they didnt used to do this. im pissed. they are huge on my comp. if you want me to zoom in on something and crop them i will.

i took a bunch of pics before i took the engine out but none of them really tell give a good indication of where any of these wires go except for one haha. so heres what i have from memory.

i think that second blue one plugs into your coolant temp sensor i could be wrong.

the third is definitely your oil pressure sending unit.

the fourth hose is your fuel return line. you definitely need that. i just put a 22re in a 4runner for someone last month and i forgot about it since im used to carbs. gas was pouring all over the starter and pavement each time i turned the key. im lucky i didnt explode.

the fifth set of wires plug in over by your starter, kinda by your slave cylinder they should be hanging there in that area. the yellow one plugs in by your fuel filter and is your knock sensor. i have this pic b/c when i took out the motor i forgot to disconnect the fuel line haha. damn efi trucks have it in the back bolted on and hidden haha. that hose was a pain to find in the boneyard. see the yellow plug next to it though?
