Cuervo the baby doctor you choose is important! After raising my six children I know for sure there are differences in doctors. Visit with friends that have had a baby doctor for several years.. find one that several people swear by. Also never hesitaate to take a sick kid directly to a doctors office.. THEIR LAWYERS will not let them turn you away! If you call they have that option. BUT, if you are standing in the office with the child the liability of sending you away is too great... The doc will always see you. Big Jim

well BJ the new dr isnt a problem, we have a peditrician lined up the my sons school, and several other people recommended. The problem is what he tried to do by prescribing a medication meant for adults only.He needs to be stopped and his license revoked before he kills a child. My wife just wants to be done with him and not look back but her parents and i think we should take him to court(one of the very few things my father in law agrees with me on).in order to stop him.so what i am up to im on my own with the in laws and lawyers. As far as florida goes i am looking foward to the pain and suffering i will cause him.leagle torture cant beat it lol.dragging his name through the mud, causing him to loose his liceanse, possible deportation, and possible financial difficulties.ahhhhhhhhhh now that makes me smile

He needs to be stopped and his license revoked before he kills a child. If he is as bad as you say he is, I couldn't agree more. Once you see his new pediatrician, ask what would have happened if your kid took that medicine.

I'll play the devils advocate here. Doctors are human, they do make mistakes. Diagnosing people is often like diagnosing Jeeps. It involves trial and error. If it were easy one would only need to see one Doctor. I would think an erroneous diagnosis is not a good reason for a lawsuit unless it results in inury, damage or loss. The amount of injury, damage or loss in this case does not seem sufficent to justify a suit. If you take the time to talk to a lawyers about it (just adding to your loss) that's probably what they'll tell you. Drs. usually have malpractice insurance. They're not stupid. They have a lot of leeway when it comes to prescribing drugs. It's not unusual for a child to be prescribed a drug labled as for adults only. Maybe it was a mistake by the pharmasist. Maybe the other Drs. are mistaken. Maybe... we need an off topic forum!

well the thing is when 3 Dr.s say that the medication is absoulutley not to be given to a small child under any circumstances plus the pharmicest.(she double checked in a big book full of medicines ).It is obviouse he is doing something he shouldnt be. and now the update the little one got the scope down the ol intake.the throat is fine, the muscle at the top and bottom of the stomach is fine. she did find red streaks in is stomach, so she took biopsies and sent them off. as soon as we find out i will let you guys know what is going on.she said it could be the cause of his ilnesses,it could cause ilnesses, or it could be nothing to worry about at all.she cant say without the biopsy results. one thing is for sure we have got more answeres, and better results in 2 visits with this woman than three years of his now ex peditrician and the emergency rooms of 3 different hospitals.I am convinced we was being jerked around for 3 years.one thing is for sure if the streaking was caused by any medications that was filled that he wasnt supposed to get there will be hell to be paid.from both the pharmacy that filled it and the dr that prescribed it.
