One on each side - about the middle (front-to-back) of the block. They're very hard to find or access with the engine in-frame. They're not petcock valves - they're cap screws IIRC.

I've done this and Frank is correct, they are difficult to access. I believe I had to pull the front wheels off and use a long extension from inside the fender well, through the rubber splash guards. They may take a bit of torque to crack off depending on the corrosion inside. I would recommend a 1/2" drive. I only did it because I was self doing a major coolant flush, but have since found it easier to pay a shop the $65 for a flush machine coolant change.

Drain, refil with distilled water. Drive till warm. Drain, refill with distilled water. Repeat. Once it drains clear, fill with the proper amount of straight coolant to equal 50% of your cooling system capacity. Then top up with distilled water.
It is easier than accessing the block drain plugs.

Method works well Winston, but is time consuming. I also found I had gallons of anti-freeze mixed water that had to be taken to a proper facility for disposal. I you do do it this way make sure you dispose of it properly.
