Flowmaster will be loud, I have the cheapo turbo muffler from c/s/k, it was like $25 IIRC......EB reccomends 2.25 to the muffler and 2.5 from the muffler back.

Contrair MoFrair... "The best setup cost wise we have found is to use the excellent factory exhaust manifold, then increase the pipe size to 2" all the way to the muffler, yep, the cat, too. Then we increase again to 2 1/4" on exit all the way back."

I think I have 2.5 " all the way back with a flowmaster. The guys at ORS made it for me. They did a mandrel setup. They said that it should be fine with 2.5, but I wonder if its ideal. It is a pretty quick, fun truck, pretty loud though too.

Is that what EB says?

The Flowmaster 50 Series Deltaflow isn't too loud, and it doesn't sound buzzy. they have quieter models, too (higher series numbers)

yeah i agree. i got the 50 series on my V6 and its pretty mellow. it gets throaty when you give it some gas, of course, but it has minimal cabin noise.

94 Pickup DLX V6 stock as stock can be, but not for long.
