A friend of mine has a 2005 Tundra and wants to change the tranny fluid but doesn't know how to do it.

Here's my questions:
How do you do it?
What oil weight should he use?
How much fluid will he need?
Is there a filter that will need to be replaced at this time?
Where do you fill/insert the oil in?
