I'm in this boat myself. need to paint two vehicles, and I don't know much about painting, but I know what I don't like.

I love a good job, but holy crap, this looks like it might be a bit too much for me to take on. I'm such a perfectionist... I'm already feeling anxious about not having the right materials, or not getting it masked properly, or leaving a speck of dust, or the temperature being off!!!

I am a perfectionist however a realist at the same time. Quite the combination! I will let you guys know how things progress and take a <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" /> -load of pictures and share! I just don't know if I can find the right yellow without it being acrilic or some high end crap! Additionally I know I don't have the resources to paint it unless I just park it outside and do it?

Is it ok to lay down paint coats outside when it's 110 degrees ambiant?
