So, I went ahead and bought some CBK brake pads from Rockauto.com They are supposed to have the same compound as OEM pads.

http://cbkauto.com

I have not put them on yet, they look good. They included the backing shim plate. They have even chamfered the leading and trailing edges to help prevent squeel.

All this for $12.50 front pair and $11 for the rear pair. I will let you know how they work. They sure are a great deal though.

I hope they work for you, as all the aftermarket parts claim "same as OEM" I never had any luck in that department, after being burned a few times by parts that "almost fit". You wouldn't be posting if you were not worried

The pads that I have purchased in the past have always fit. It is just that sometimes I get squeel on the rear brakes. That is actually the reason I am replacing the pads. My current pads squeel when cold.

I put the pads on yesterday and they fit and there is no squeel. I will cross my fingers and hope no squeel shows up.
