WELL well well. It seems to me that you have gotten bitten by the common Mikuni bug. As the previous person said, what have you tried and have not. But most likely if it runs on starting fluid and if you hold the petal down, it is the idle sylinoid. You can replace it or scrap one off another car from a junk yard. It is the little item bolted into the top outside of the airhorn toward the drivers side of the truck. I would bet that is your problem. Of course you can always upgrade to a Weber and forget the computer controlled mikuni. Let us know how it is going on.
