Yes, originally i had both vehicles but due to circumstances beyond my control i no longer have the diesel chassis. Which is really a shame since i thought, and it seemed everyone was of the same mind, that the motor mounts were interchangeable so i did not take the frame mounts off the diesel chassis before it went to the scrap yard. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> So what i have left are the rubber pads and metal legs that are on the diesel engine, the legs and rubber pads that are on the gasser, and the corresponding frame pads for the gasser. No frame pads for the diesel. This realization came late in the evening, and after discovering the mix up, we drove back to town to try another day. When we dropped in the diesel on the gas frame mounts, the 2 bolts on the diesel mounts did not match up with the 1 bolt hole on the gas frame mount. So maybe i can take the legs and rubber and pad off of the gas engine and bolt that into place on the diesel? hopefully having one bolt instead of two wont be disastrous. Either that or i need to find some unused frame mounts in the diesel chassis style, are they even removable without a cutting torch? Or fabricate a set...damn
