Getting the Wheeling Fever

Hello all. My girl has a 94 4X4 ex cab pickup with a 5 speed. We have 28" BFGs on it with roll and nerf bars. I have a flow master muffler and pipes from the hi Pro cat back. I have a 4" procomp suspension lift ready to bolt on but I was looking to get some more from the little 4 speed before we lift it. We just won a stock turbo setup on Ebay for $450 shipped! Yeeee haaaa! Does anyone know a good outfit for rebuilding the turbo or a good kit to DIY ? Also, Im looking for a good motor kit with turbo pistons. I found one from LC for $750 but Im looking to go as cheap as possible. Also where can I get a good head built to make the most of this turbo rig? I have read a tight 22 RE is good for 110 HP? What can I expect from the stock (5psi) turbo boost? I am also told the stock ECU will work. is this ture? Im having a real hard time finding a used 22 RE to build up so I dont have to down the daily driver truck while I build up the motor, why are these motors so hard to find? Im a 5.0 mustang guy so maybe Im spoiled by the aftermarket and low price stuff available...
