That's a great jacking description but as I remember the OEM jack barely lifts a stock 4x4 high enough. With even a minor lift I don't think it can lift the tire. Anything other than pavement under the jack is asking for trouble.

(Although if you want to get technical the lift makes no difference since the relationship between the jacking point and hub/axle has not changed at max droop but a larger tire will make it more difficult)
