Okay, I had bad heads and ended up getting 93-95 Heads for my 97 and had to get new Exhaust Manifolds so they would work. I got the exhaust all hooked up and everything seems to be running fine.
The problem I have is the EGR pipe fits into the intake, but I can only get the nut on the manifold side. The bolt that also goes thru the manifold will not fit.
In comparing the old/new manifolds it seems there is a slight displacement and that might be why i can't get it to fit right.
So the "real" question. Is the EGR pipe a different length from 95 to 97??
