Anyone used Mile Marker hubs? thinkin about picking up a set, but wasn't sure if they're any good. Also saw Superwinch and Warn(little more $$$) sets. I don't use 4wd very often, but i want to do the hub conversion for obvious reasons. Saw some used Aisins, but i dont feel like rebuilding them, so i'm willing to spend the extra few $$$.
What gaskets am i going to need for the swap?

feel like rebuilding. there is no comparison. AISIN is the way to go. just look for a nice set that is bolt on. pay for that instead of paying for another brand.

Haven't had any issue with my Warn, but they do stick out a lot farther than Aisin... Mine don't look so pretty anymore. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

I ditto Aisin; stay away from those MM's; they suck. We had a guy post once down in the vendors section who rebuilds Aisins, but I can't find/remember who he is now; might want to post up over in the OT section to see if you can get a nibble. Feedback is that he does a good job, and gives them a powdercoat.
If you can get a cheap set of Aisins anymore these days, you better jump on 'em and keep them as spares. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" /> Check what Marlin wants for 'em. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

The reason for new cone washers is simply in case you lose one, as they have a tendency of going flying & getting lost. Ask me how I know...<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />
I think it's just a single gasket... Anyone know the part #?

two gaskets. one between the two halves of the aisin hub and one where it mounts to the rotor/hub assembly. PM me if you need part numbers, and i can post tomorrow night. only loosen the nuts before whacking with a brass drift, so the cone washers cannot go flying across the garage.
