Getting the Wheeling Fever
My temp guage is maxed out on the hot side, yet the thing isn't even running. Can you guys point me in the right direction?

I would think your sending unit is bad or unplugged. It's next to the oil filter.

That's a scary sight on a 2.6, even if the vehicle isn't running.

Tell me about it.. when I got my turbo engine running last year, I had the wire hooked up wrong, and the guage went to the red after it started. Boy did that freak me out.

The unit next to the oil filter in for oil pressure. The temp sensor is on the other side.

What was I thinking I have even replaced it, Its on the drivers side where the T-stat is. There are two one is the sending unit for the guage the other for the AC. I will have to look at the manual to see which is which.
