Can someone point me in the direction on how to check and even adjust the timing on my 89 22RE. I've never done it before. It just recently started stalling on me after it gets warmed up. I originally thought the TPS and decided to change it. We'll I think I jumped the gun. I guess I should have checked the timing first. Also, I could not get the new TPS calibrated to <2.3 ohms like another write up says. The best I could do was 5.8 ohms. Maybe I did something wrong? The old TPS was giving me a reading of 31.1 ohms at best. Any help would be great. Thanks...
