if there isnt a leak, your fuel filter is clogged.

Ive got a brand new toyota filter at the tank. Its the stock one and its definatly not clogged.

Ive narrowed it down that it is definatly the pump. It didnt work this morning before school so I left it on and gave it a few strategic "taps". After about 30-40 seconds I heard it get a little louder and start pumping. And it worked perfect. So we'll see if it just needs some warm up time.

yup, Mine is 4 or 5 psi and 60-70 gph. Its been an awsome pump other than this.
