I'll second the difficult to get out part. Recently replaced mine and it took a 5lb hammer to pop that thing out. Amazingly it didn't start to leak until a couple large pops with that thing.

I went with a Rancho stabilizer. Changed the feel of the steering and helped with bumps. I had to enlarge the hole of the adapter they sent though - that kind of ticked me off. The bolt they sent wouldn't even fit in the hole of the adapter they sent <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
