Those are 16" ENKEI's and the caps are all the same stubby size.
I am told the '99/'00 Tundra had a larger center cap that kept falling off and they were replaced with the smaller ones pictured.

Unless you swapped rims your '95 shoul have 15" ENKEI's with the hard to find - large, deep center caps.
