Are all head gaskets the same or should I be looking for a certain manufacturer. If everything else looks good the heads will go back on at the end of the week.

All head gaskets are not the same. I've only used OE, but have heard that the Fel-Pro PermaTorque gasket is also good.

Check the heads to make certain they aren't warped. Pay particular attention to bolt length, head thickness and no-drag clamping range. Use a true bottoming tap to clean the deck threads. Head bolts should be lightly oiled (30W) and torqued to 80 lb-ft. No re-torque is necessary on OE or Fel-Pro PermaTorque gaskets.

I have it all covered except for the no drag clamping range, I dont know what that means. Thanks for all the help.
