Need a Spot
I have a stock 94 Toyota pick up with 31x10.5x15 tires. The truck is due for some new tires and I was thinking about going with 33's. Would a 2" body lift give me enough clearance? The truck is rust free and damage free so I do not want to do any exterior body alterations.

I have heard that a two-inch body lift should be rather simple because there should be enough slack in everything. A three-inch lift would be slightly more difficult. Does this sound correct?

i have a two inch body lift on my 87', i think the only thing that was tight was the hydraulic line for my clutch. a three inch body lift would probably make others things a stretch. with my two inch BL i cleared 33's. we had some at work and it was slow so i threw on the front and rear and no issues. it even tucked up in the rear fenderwell nicely. the only thing the tire came in contact with was my front mud flaps when i turned the wheel. but you dont need those.

Body Damage is Cool
I put a 2" BL on a 94 4runner, 87 Toyota truck, only stretch was the battery cable...otherwise it goes on nice and smooth. as far as stuffing the tires real good 32" tires are best in my opinion, but a 33" is not too hard to work with.

A 1"-2" body lift is usually sufficient:

Especially if you stick to say a 33x10.50 on the stock rims.
