Axiom frame and suspension are very much the same as Rodeo's ones. And I must say that stock-to-stock, Rodeo's suspension articulation is not as good as stock Trooper's suspension articulation. You definitely need some upgrades to Axiom to make it as capable as Trooper off-road.

From my point of view, a 2002 Trooper would be a better buy than Axiom, unless you need that exciting 3.5DI engine in 2004 Axiom.
