depends on you and what you gambling tolerances are....

i bet you're right on that the loose bolt is the source, but it could be the whole timing chain gasket on the pass side got mis aligned...or just the bolt loose...i wonder what kind of seal you'll be able to get on the back side now that oil has pushed past the silicone and mabe made little channels(?)....i say just torque it down and maybe you luck out with no leak or just a small drip...interested to hear how you do.
