If the stock coils are side specific why are'nt aftermarket coils?????

Depends on the spring. My OME's were marked for each side.

my SAWs werent, but theyre adjustable.

PP's are not marked for side to side fitment.

You may, possibly, need to make a shim for the driver's side with PP's. Some folks sit perfectly level, some sit a little low (about 3/8"). Mine did this. I solved the problem by buying SAW's <img border="0" alt="[Hillbilly]" title="" src="graemlins/notooth.gif" /> .

If you buy PP springs, the marked P/N is 109925, and make the salesperson physically go and pull the springs, mark them with your name on it for shipping. This way you won't have to send back three sets of springs.
